Hello everyone. My name is Luis Naranjo. I work in the beverage industry for a private company where I have developed strong experience in operations, leadership, and team development. My role has strengthened my ability to problem solve, lead under pressure, and stay disciplined in fast paced environments.

I was raised on the east side of San Jose, California and now live in Oakdale. Growing up in an urban community shaped my work ethic and desire to serve others. Faith plays a central role in my life and leadership approach. I value integrity, accountability, service, and consistency in both my personal and professional life.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially in Yosemite. Being in nature helps me reflect, reset, and stay grounded. I am passionate about leadership, building strong teams, and creating environments where people can grow and succeed. In the near future, I plan to begin a master’s degree program to continue strengthening my leadership and expand my ability to serve others at a higher level.
